Before children speak, they sing.
Before they write, they paint.
As soon as they stand, they dance.
Art is the basis of human expression.

Create Breathe and Be is a whole school wellbeing program for students from Kindergarten to Year 12. Through breathwork and movement, drama and music, each session fosters emotional regulation, resilience and connection, supporting the development of the whole child. The program supports the shared objectives of schools and families and integrates into PDHPE, wellbeing, and pastoral care. Megan Halliday, an educator with twenty years of experience, directs the program, which is taught using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in a secure, inclusive environment where each child is empowered to grow, connect, and thrive.
